CLasses

We offer many classes throughout the year at Southern Drawl Outfitters. Classes include but are not limited to seasonal species of fish and how to approach fishing for these species, how to throw a cast net, fly casting, fly tying classes where two of our local fly fishing captains come together and teach/tie a pattern with everyone tying the same pattern! Fly tying classes are free and materials are provided, all other classes have an admission and those prices are on a case by case basis.

Tournaments

Throughout the year we host tournaments ranging from inshore slot redfish tournaments, bull redfish and tarpon! These tournaments are meant to bring attention to the fishery in the Lowcountry as well as a healthy competition for captains and local anglers alike! All tournaments have a captains meeting where everyone comes together to go over rules and details and enjoy a few beverages along the way! You can find more information on our tournament page!
